If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the parcel, packing slip, and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Then contact us at t86311008@qq.com.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For faster service, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the return. Please declare the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import charges.
